I nominate Chartroom Charlie’s in Racine.
They have the most delicious fish fry I think I have ever had. It is Alaskan whitefish. It has almost no breading and is just perfect. The portions are large at a very reasonable price.
The decor is marine and pleasant.
It is found at the end of the first street going east at the end of the bridge going north on Main Street. The restaurant is located by the river.
