Sample the selections at Soon’s Sushi

Every so often I get a craving for some good edamame (steamed Japanese green soybean), and Soon’s Sushi makes an excellent appetizer of this. It’s a large portion in the shell and slightly salted, ready to be peeled out and enjoyed.

They also make very good tempura, not only delicious but with eye-appealing presentation as well.

Sticky rice with choice of meats or tofu served in a sizzling hot stone bowl is another good entree. If you’re a sushi lover, there are many varieties to choose from.

Soon’s Sushi has the atmosphere of a small cafe, more brightly lit and certainly not fancy.

However, if you enjoy trying some different fare at a little out-of-the-way dining spot, I think you’ll like Soon’s Sushi.
