Twisted Cuisine is consistently incredible

One of the greatest things about the Twisted Cuisine Menu is that while the menu changes seasonally and has new and creative specials weekly ... the one thing you can count on there is consistency. No matter what you order, it’s always incredible. The chef aims to please.

Not many restaurants feature a chef’s choice, but Chef Erica Buskirk offers specials in which you can select your price range, and share your likes and dislikes, and then she creates you something incredible right on the spot.

When we took advantage of this option, we said a $40 price range and my fiance wanted meat and lots of it. She came out with a bone-in slab of meat (Flintstone style), onion rings on the bone, on a bed of mashed potatoes with fried raviolo and veggies as a garnish. It was beautiful and delicious.

The concept at Twisted is that they take classic favorites — fish fry, pasta primavera, steaks or chicken salad — and turn them into works of art, with flavor combinations that you wouldn’t expect to tickle your taste buds.

Sour-cream-and-onion-potato-chip-crusted walleye, Cajun pasta primavera, jalapeno New York strip or whiskey-marinated filets, or chicken salad on a belgian waffle. All incredible combinations.

It’s definitely worth checking out. As I like to say, “This isn’t your grandmother’s restaurant.” Prime is about active adults who have a sensational taste for life. Chances are they get hungry in their active lifestyles and have a taste for sensational food, too.
